Welcome to the Yoga & Meditation Tour in India by Erco Travels. Arrive in Rishikesh and proceed to the ashram. After the formal welcome and registration, proceed to the rooms where drinks (coffee, tea or cold drinks) and snacks will be served. After some relaxing moments, the inaugural ceremony of this Yoga tour will begin in which an introduction about Yoga will be given. After dinner, personal Yoga kits will be delivered to everyone. Go to bed early so that you can wakeup early in the morning.
The day begins with an early-morning Yoga walk. Then, simple yogic postures and pranayama will be taught. After morning Yoga practice, breakfast will be served followed by a group discussion. After lunch, take some rest. The next session of Yoga includes Yoga Nidra and Meditation techniques. In the evening, spiritual camp fire and question-answer session will be held. An informal get-together will be organized at dinner. Get to the bed early.
After an early-morning Yoga walk a yogic postures practicing session will be held followed by breakfast. A meeting with the Swamiji of the ashram will be held afterwards, who will teach about the relevance of yoga in daily life. Depart from the ashram after lunch to proceed to your next destination.

d) Schedule of Ashram : Each morning from 5 to 6 am,all ashram residents join together in the temple for universal prayer and meditation.Each evening as the sun's last rays reflect off the boundless waters of Mother Ganga,we gather for the Ganga Aarti.This divine light ceremony is filled with devotional song,prayer,ritual and a palpable sense of the divinity of Mother Ganga.The aarti,an ornate oil lamp,lined with dozens of flames burning in pure ghee is offered to God.
In addition to yogic training and instructions, the participants can engage themselves in various cultural activities. From resting peacefully on the banks of the holy rivers, to boating,river rafting, hiking,local sightseeing, there is a wide range of cultural activities available.
Ashram is having all types of Medical and Health care. *Allopathic Charitable Hospital. On the premises of the ashram there is a newly renovated Allopathic Hospital where patients are treated for a wide range of ailments. All is free. All are welcome. *Homeopathic Pharmacy. There is a homeopathic pharmacist available for diagnosis and consultation. All medicine is dispensed free of charge.
